1.Contact Sensor PCS-250 with Needle Assembly

Teaching the sensor a tool is as single aspressing the teach button on the control unit. Oncethe entire swing cycle has been learned, any low tolerance deviation from thoseparameters will be interpreted as a fault condition.

打开控制器的教学按钮即可启动检测器教学模式，一旦整个摆动周期被设定，这些参数中的任何低偏差将被认定为故障状态。

Memorized swing movement is stored in memory and does not reguireanother teaching cycle when power has been removed.

摇摆运动的记忆自动存储在内存卡里，即使切断电源也不需要重新设定教学周期。

1. l Swing angle of needle is memorized, either CW or CCW direction, up to 300°max. CW or CCW can be changed by the switch on the control unit.

3. Contact Pressure of needle (speed of needle swing) can be changed in3 steps by the switch of control unit. The lowest swing speed is ideal for thesmall dia. of tools. Up to about 0.4mm dia. of tools can be detected.
4. 只需要三步即可在控制器上调整探针的接触压力（探针旋转速度），***旋转速度适合测小尺寸的被测工具，最小测量工具尺寸为0.4mm。
